I went through the same with our dog actually about the same time. I remember how peaceful she was going to sleep. I rue the day that it happens with Marmalade, but I know it's coming...soon. It's all we can do, though, give them a good life and try to comfort them as the end rolls around. Well, this is from 2007 so it’s a ways past but this is a lovely entry to Georgie.
